1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and alpha88 ("alpha88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at alpha88.lat. By accessing the alpha88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by alpha88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the alpha88 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the alpha88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or agent acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of alpha88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by alpha88 or any other gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of access.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the alpha88 platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether in the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. alpha88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. alpha88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify alpha88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. Notification must be made via the 24/7 live chat support channel available within the alpha88 platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the alpha88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 via supported e-wallets including Touch n Go eWallet and Boost, and RM 30 via bank transfer to supported financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, and Public Bank.

Deposits are credited to your alpha88 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. alpha88 does not accept third-party deposits — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account flagged for investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. alpha88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay): within 30 minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): within 1–4 hours under standard conditions

alpha88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or where unusual account activity has been identified. Such checks may extend processing times. Players will be notified via their registered email address if additional documentation is required.

alpha88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

alpha88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time the Promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• alpha88 reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed in violation of these Terms or the applicable Promotion terms will be forfeited without compensation.
• Players who open multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers will have all associated accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

6. Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the alpha88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event being wagered on. These rules are displayed within each game interface or, in the case of sports betting, within the applicable event or market. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

alpha88 reserves the right to void any wager where:

• The wager was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error or human error;
• The outcome of the event or game round was known at the time the wager was placed;
• The wager was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules;
• The integrity of the event or game is reasonably suspected to have been compromised.

In cases where wagers are voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's alpha88 wallet. alpha88's decision on the voiding of wagers is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alpha88 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and notification to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting any technical glitch, bug, or software vulnerability for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process;
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to operate your account;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the alpha88 platform software;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the platform or negatively impacts the experience of other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the alpha88 platform — including but not limited to the alpha88 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of alpha88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

No portion of the alpha88 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of alpha88. Unauthorised use of alpha88 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alpha88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the alpha88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, system downtime, or connectivity interruptions beyond alpha88's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security;
• Decisions made by the player in relation to game strategy or wagering amounts;
• Losses attributable to the player's failure to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

alpha88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Suspension & Termination

• The player has breached these Terms or the terms of any applicable Promotion;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct;
• The player has failed to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose alpha88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon legitimate account closure, alpha88 will return any verified account balance (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture under these Terms) to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

12. Amendments

alpha88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to players via the registered email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security matter.

Continued use of the alpha88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their accounts before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which alpha88 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international gaming authority.

Nothing in this clause shall limit alpha88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms relating to intellectual property, fraud, or money laundering.
